Created in the fall of 1987, the Founders Award is awarded each year at the USPC Convention to one or more individuals who have made significant contributions to USPC over an extended period of time at the local, regional, and national levels. The nominees are submitted to the Advisory Committee and presented to the USPC Board of Governors for review and selection.
