USPC Convention Registration

The USPC Convention offers something for everyone—for Pony Club members and nonmembers of all ages. Whether you are a USPC member, a leader or officer, or an equine enthusiast interested in a weekend of top-notch education, the three different registration options described below allow for a tailored and unique experience for all. Each pass description includes details on event access, included meals and pricing.

Pony Paddock is listed as a day rate agenda item on the Parent or Guardian’s registration. Children under 12 will not need to be registered for Convention to attend Pony Paddock. Instead, they will be registered for Pony Paddock through the Parent or Guardian’s registration. Pony Paddock is $25 per day, Thursday through Sunday.

RS/DC/CA Leadership Dinner Event

USPC’s Regional Administration invites club, center, and region leadership (DCs/JtDCs/CAs/ACAs/RSs/VRSs) and their adult guests to a special evening following the Thursday leadership meetings on January 23. Enjoy socializing during dinner and a private concert performed by one of Traverse City’s own, Drew Hale, winner of the 34th annual Country Showdown national championship.

$40 for USPC leaders (DCs/JtDCs/CAs/ACAs/RSs/VRSs) | $75 for non-leaders and guests

Meal options (includes small salad and dessert):

  • French Cut Chicken Breast with Caramelized Onion Jus
  • Acorn Squash Stuffed with Quinoa, Leeks, Peppered Garlic, Ricotta Asiago, Baked, Drizzled with Spinach Pesto

Saturday Night Banquet

You are invited to join us for an evening of fun on Saturday, January 25. Enjoy dinner while celebrating the Founders Award recipients. Find out what our keynote speaker has to say, watch the Passing of the Whip ceremony, and then dance the night away with all of your Pony Club friends and family.

$75 for attendees | $80 for guests

Meal options (includes small salad and dessert):

  • Chicken Breast White Wine Butter
  • Scottish Salmon Pan Seared Filet, Tarragon Lemon Butter
  • Marinated Portabella Mushroom Grilled Zucchini, Squash, Baked Tomato Stuffed with Vegetable Cous Cous, Cilantro Pesto

Sponsored Table: $100

Seat 10 people of your choice at your sponsored table at the Saturday Night Banquet. Regions/groups without a sponsored table are not guarenteed to sit together.

Saturday Night Pony Paddock Pizza Party

An alternative to the Saturday Night Banquet, children under 12 are invited to attend the ever-famous Pony Paddock Pizza Party.

Cancellation and Changes

Changing Agenda Items

Changing agenda items incurs a $25 fee per change (e.g., requesting a change to selected meal options). To request a change, please email events@ponyclub.org with the agenda item, the change, and a phone number to collect payment. No changes will be made after January 2.

Cancelling a Registration

To cancel a registration, email events@ponyclub.org. Please note that cancelling a registration will incur a $50 office fee per registration. No refunds or cancellations will take place after January 2.
